Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Haus of Sadity, each item is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our hands. We aim to ensure every customer receives products in excellent condition.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it appropriately.
Once reviewed, eligible cases may be resolved through a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Order Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first, as they will have the most up-to-date tracking information.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order once your original purchase has been received .
