At Haus of Sadity, each order is prepared with care and attention to detail to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new launches, restocks, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Any delays will be communicated promptly.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package in real time.
Pre-Orders
For select items offered as pre-orders, please allow 2–4 weeks for processing and fulfillment. These items are secured or produced specifically for your order. Tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.
Important Information
- Haus of Sadity is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or postal disruptions.
- Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as changes cannot be made once an order has been processed.
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been fulfilled and shipped.
